• What is a serviced apartment?
  • StayIcon serviced apartments is your home and office away from home. from two-bedrooms apartments to three-bedroom apartments, StayIcon offers a variety of spacious apartment configurations to suit business and family guests.Our three-bedroom apartments (only available in  Southbank) contain a second bathroom, and adjoining apartments can also be reserved on request.All apartments offer separate living, dining, and sleeping areas, as well as fully-equipped kitchens and laundry facilities. If you’re travelling with a work party, our open floor plans allow our guests enough space to spread out while conveniently staying under the one roof.
  • Please note that StayIcon Serviced Apartment on Southbank does not have onsite staff, the reception office is located at the different location and open daily  from 11:30 to 20:00, any check-ins after 20:00 will result additional charges. We do not accept any early check-in before 11:30.

Two Bedrooms (1 bathroom) – 1 queen size bed, 2 single size bed, up to  4 persons*

Three Bedrooms (2 bathrooms) – 1 queen size bed, 4 single size bed, up to 6 persons*

*The following extra bed options are available:

PortaCot: $15.00 per night.  (Maximum 2 PortaCot per night per apartment)

Additional Bed: $50 per night*.  (Maximum 2 additional bed per night per apartment)

All children are welcome. All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing beds.

  • StayIcon Serviced Apartment on Collins has one type of apartments offer to guests.

Two Bedrooms (1 bathroom) – 2 queen size bed, up to 4 persons*

*The following extra bed options are available: Porta Cot: $15.00 per night.  (Maximum 2 Porta Cot per night per apartment)

All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing beds.

$15 per day  for Southbank apartments,

reservation is needed for all parking, reservation must be received at least 2 days before check-ins.

Does StayIcon charge an online booking fee?

No. StayIcon does not charge an online booking fee for bookings made directly with a property through our website. 

 

  • Can I speak to a real person?

Our hotline service is +61 3 8528 6198 Monday to Sunday from 9 am to 7 pm.

  • Do I need a credit card to make a booking?

Yes.  For standard booking, full payment of accommodation will be charged on the day of booking if check-in time is less than 60 days away. (Refundable as per our Cancellation Policy)

Please note that there is a 1% surcharge when you pay with Mastercard or Visa credit card, 2.5% surcharge with American Express.

 

  • What is StayIcon’s cancellation policy?

For standard bookings there is no cancellation fee and your deposit will be refunded in full if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in time. When cancel is LESS than 60 days away: Full payment of accommodation will be charged and is non-refundable.For booking with 2 Bedroom Saver there is no cancellation and full payment will be charged to the credit card provided and is not refundable.For Special Event Booking there is no cancellation and full payment will be charged to the credit card provided and is not refundable.

Special Event Booking refers to seasonal promotions and Christmas period.

  • What payment methods does StayIcon accept?

StayIcon accepts all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and American Express) 

  • What do I need for check-in?

Check-in instructions will be provided with your booking confirmation with your dedicated room number and check-in detail. It is helpful if you print it out when you check in.We do not have on-site staff for both building, we provide telephone concierge service.  Please call us on 03 8528 6198 if you require anything.  Our telephone concierge service is available from 9am to 7pm.

 

  • What time is check-in?

Guaranteed check-in time is 2pm. If you’re arriving before this time, you need to contact us at +61 3 8528 6198 directly to make alternative arrangements*.

  • What time is check-out?

Check-out is 10am. If you require late check-out, you will need to contact us at +61 3 8528 6198 directly to discuss availability*.

  • Where do I park?

You will park in an area somewhere between level 1 and level 7 of the building; the area of the parking lot can be determined through your key bag. 

 

  • I’m only staying for two nights – can I still stay at StayIcon?

Yes. Minimum length of stay in StayIcon is Two nights, you can add as long as you like at a time.

  • Can you arrange a pick up service at the airport?

Yes. We can arrange for an executive transfer (maximum 7 people) from the airport to your apartment and also return you to the airport on check out. The cost is from $150 for domestic and international transfer each way (inc GST). To request this service please contact us at +61 3 8528 6198 after your booking is confirmed.
